Griffin Capital Corp., on behalf of Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT, has purchased the 149,683-square-foot 1200 Enclave Parkway property from Piedmont Office Realty Trust. The property, which was constructed in 1999 and sits on 5.36 acres, was sold for $48.75 million, or $326 per square foot, Piedmont reported.
